1. Acceptance

By using AstroDeep ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these terms — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. What the App Does

AstroDeep calculates astrological birth charts, generates AI-powered interpretations, administers personality assessments, and provides statistical analysis tools. The App uses astronomical calculations (ephemeris data) and AI language models (Anthropic Claude) to produce content.

3. Not Medical or Professional Advice

Nothing in this App constitutes medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. Astrological interpretations, personality assessments, and AI-generated content are for entertainment, self-reflection, and research purposes only. Do not make life decisions based solely on App content. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

4. Accounts, Beta Access & Payments

You may use the App without an account (local data only). Creating an account enables cloud sync. AI readings and cloud voice are available to beta testers and subscribers.

Beta access. AstroDeep is in beta. Beta access is free: no payment card is collected, and it never turns into a paid subscription. It includes a monthly AI allowance. We may change or end the beta; we will announce the end date at least 30 days in advance in the App. After the beta ends you will have 30 days to switch to a plan, download your data, or delete your account. After that, your App content is deleted (backups expire on their normal schedule), while your login and any unexpired credits are kept until those credits expire.

Allowances and credits. Each plan (and the beta) includes a monthly allowance for AI readings and cloud voice. It resets on the 1st of each month and does not roll over. Beyond the allowance you can buy prepaid credits. Credits expire 12 months after purchase, are used soonest-expiring first, and are only usable while you have beta access or a plan. Nothing is ever charged after the fact: when your allowance and credits run out, AI readings pause until you add credits or the next month starts.

Plans. Plans (Beacon, Pulsar, Pulsar+) are shown as "Coming soon" until they go on sale. Once on sale, a plan renews automatically each period until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and access continues to the end of the paid period.

How payment works. On the web, payments are processed by Stripe, and you manage or cancel plans and see receipts from Manage billing. In the iOS and Android apps, purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. After you pay on the web, Stripe emails you a receipt with an invoice that confirms what you agreed to.

Immediate delivery and refunds. Credits are added to your account, and a plan starts, as soon as you pay. Before buying you are asked to agree that delivery is immediate and that, as a result, you lose any right to withdraw from the purchase (including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal). Web purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the unused credits from that purchase are removed. App Store and Google Play refunds are handled by Apple and Google.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Your Data

You own your data. We do not sell it. See our Privacy & Data page for full details on what we collect, how it's protected, and how to delete it.

Birth data and target profiles you enter may be sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for generating interpretations. AI-generated content may not be perfectly accurate — it is produced by language models, not certified astrologers or psychologists.

If you opt into anonymous research contributions, only aggregate statistical data is shared (no names, no precise locations). You can opt out at any time.

AI-generated interpretations (chart readings, horoscopes, compatibility reports, tarot narratives, Tree of Life readings, and astrobiological profiles) are produced by Anthropic Claude language models. This content may contain inaccuracies, fabrications, or culturally inappropriate material. It should not be treated as authoritative. The App presents both traditional astrological perspectives and scientific analysis — neither constitutes proven fact.

8. Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, and original content are owned by AstroDeep and protected by copyright. AI-generated content produced for you is yours to keep, share, or export.

Third-party material stays with its owners: personality questionnaires belong to their authors or are in the public domain, open-source software is used under its own licenses, and astronomical ephemeris calculations use open-source libraries and public-domain positional data.

Claude, Anthropic, Stripe, Google, ElevenLabs, Apple, App Store and Google Play are trademarks of their respective owners. We name them only to identify the services we use; this does not imply that they endorse or are affiliated with AstroDeep.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on astrological interpretations, AI content, or personality assessment results. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Privacy & Data page — this cancels any web subscription and permanently removes all your data from our servers, including any unused credits, which are forfeited. Billing records that the law requires us to keep are retained by Stripe.
